There is a 15% agent fee on top of the cost price but we do not have any handling charges. Please see HERE for breakdown of payments.

 

For Singaporean customers, we accept POSB/DBS, UOB. OCBC funds transfer. This can be doen through ibanking or atm transfers. In case you do not have a bank account, you could always deposit the cash at counters through the tellers. As for international clients, we accept payments through Paypal - which is the most trusted form of payment.

For China-to-Singapore , we use UPS or DHL. The rate is $24 per kg and what your items weigh is what you pay! Simple and fair. Unlike other spree shops, they divide first payment amongst the spree-ers and subsequently charge by weight - and they use china post instead. For local delivery to your address, we use local mailings or courier services.

 

 

It depends. For public spree where many spree-ers can joina nd have items from many many sellers - time is needed for agent to bid the items, purchase, liase delivery, wait for delivery and consolidate. Once all items in a spree is ready, items would then be sent out. in case of out of stock status for your items, we do allow replacements because we know that our customers should have the right to get what they want - all these may take about 3-4 weeks. you may take a look at our past Spree Status to have a rough gauge.

All items would be checked twice during the process of purchase. First when items reaches agent. anything that is wrong or damaged would be sent back to seller. Second time checks would be done before items are despatched to Singapore.

 

 

You can purchase from ANY China websites that has a selling platform. Examples such as www.taobao.com, www.paipai.com, etc
